This post is fiction. It was written to demonstrate what a lender's journal looks like. Any rate, forecast, turnaround or offer named below is invented for the example — Copperline Home Loans holds no license anywhere and cannot lend, quote or advise.
Denver in spring is the season the city is built for: the Platte trail thaws, the patios open, and the farmers markets start again. A local lender's blog usually carries a post like this one, and this is what it looks like as a placeholder.
The events named below are invented for this demonstration and do not exist: a Sunday farmers market on Wazee Street running through October, a Ballpark District open studio weekend for local makers, and a spring street fair on Larimer with live music and food trucks. A real site would list real events, with dates a reader could check.
If you are looking at Denver neighborhoods, the questions worth asking a lender are about programs and eligibility, not about which streets will appreciate — nobody knows that, and a lender who claims to is selling something. Copperline is fictional and cannot answer any of them.
Instead of a call
Run the number yourself.
A real journal post would end by asking you to get in touch. There is nobody here to get in touch with, so here is the more useful ending: the calculators recalculate as you type, state their assumptions on the page, and keep your inputs in the link so you can send a result to someone who can actually help.
